NaPiDraMo

This month, my friends is NaNoWriMo, National Novel Writing Month. I did it in 2009. This is my certificate: But I’m not doing NaNoWriMo this year, or ever again, probably. At this point in my career I’d much rather write picture books – 50,000 words just ain’t gonna work for a picture book. So… I’m doing NaPiWriMo, National Picture Drawing Month, a contest of my own creation. As far as I know, I’m the only contestant, but that’s OK. I often compete with myself. Little Cabin in the Woods – My Happy Place

I try to go once a year to Camp Fresno at Dinky Creek for a week. All by myself. My Cabin is number 39. During the Summer the campground is full, but I go either in the Spring, the week before Memorial Day, or in the Fall, the week after Labor Day.
